Living with Your Pet
Dogs or cats welcome. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $300 non‑refundable pet fee. $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Dogs limited to 75 lb. Aggressive breed restrictions apply (e.g., Akita, American Bulldog, Bull/Brazilian Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Shiba Inu, Great Dane, Pitbull/Stafford Terriers, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Husky/Malamute/Samoyed, Shar Pei). Exceptions may be made for service animals or emotional support animals.
