We love Allegro Apartments. Our apartment is very comfortable and a very decent size for the money. If anything ever breaks, building management jumps on it right away. The employees here are so pleasant and helpful. And the security gate keeps you feeling safe. The residents here are good folks. You don’t see strange activities going on. Every interaction we’ve had with anyone is that of a good neighbor. We know what we are talking about. My wife and I were in another complex for the past few years and the things I described cannot be taken for granted. We really wished we had found Allegro much sooner.

Very nice community that is close to everything. Everyone that works their always super nice and friendly. When it comes to maintenance the responds time and repairs are done well and in a timely manner. The gym facility is nice as well two treadmills, a bike full body machine and dumb bells with a nice include decline bench. As well as medicine balls and TRX set up. Never crowded with is nice. I also like that the ladies are always trying to do something community related to say thank you to us residents with different things going on and distributing information as well.

Property is very nice. Office and Maintenance teams are professional, friendly and very informative. I just moved into a three bedroom and the apartment is very comfortable. I particularly love the third bedroom/ den. Gym is well equip for anyone just needing a quick workout. And the pools are beautiful and well furnished. I have a feeling I am very much going to enjoy my stay here.

All of the staff have been very helpful especially Taylor. I needed help getting online to submit my insurance claim when my iPhone broke and Taylor was super helpful. She had experience working with Assurion, the cell phone insurance company, and she walked me through every step of the process and even stayed with me in the office right up till 6:00 pm when the office closes for the day while I was on the phone with Assurion. I’m happy to report that my new iPhone came the following day and I was able to connect with the world again. Thanks Taylor!

I moved to the Allegro apartments almost two years ago. Moving is always stressful and I admit to being nervous about my new digs. Living in an apartment complex often comes down to the roll of the dice.I lucked out. My apartment is bright, nicely configured, mercifully quiet and I like my neightbors. The folks that comprise the staff play a huge part in making this a pleasant place to live, in particular, the ladies at the leasing office. Taylor I've known the longest. She's salt of the earth. Always accomodating, never shirks a task and has often helped me with things that are not related to her normal duties like showing me how to scan on my phone or place a do not disturb on my computer. Maria has been with the company for eighteen years though she has only recently come to this location as manager. She's a workaholic. She hardly ever looks up from her computer unless she has to grab a tool box on a day they're short staffed in maintenance or if she has to trim some bushes with a pair of scissors because the gardeners overlooked it. But, if you ask her something or mention something that needs attention you don't have to say it twice. Sometimes I want to yell at her to go home she works so much. In fact, I did once. The newest addition to the crew is Paityn. My dog Roscoe and I liked her the minute we met her. I hear her on the phone or watch her greet walk-ins or see her giving tours. She's a bright spot and seemed to know what she was doing as soon as she sat at her desk. And no matter how busy, she always takes time out to say hi to Roscoe and give him treats. It's the best part of his day. I don't know how they do it. They work their butts off and still manage to be nice to everyone. I know I couldn't do it. But, they bring a special warmth to the place, makes it feel homey. Makes you glad you moved here.

Tyler was super helpful and kind all throughout the process. He was very patient and went out of his way several times to be able to have us feel comfortable with signing the lease. So far I have had nothing but good experiences at the apartment. All of my neighbors are nice, it’s situated in a convenient location next to restaurants, groceries stores and even medical offices next door. The maintenance does their best to keep the grounds clean and the grass & plants seem to be well taken care of. Maintenance also took care of all the repairs that we noted at move in and they were quick to finish everything.

I absolutely love our new apartment and the community! We moved in October 2023 and Tyler at the front office helped us through the whole process. He was great at making sure we that we were able to move in during the time we needed. Tyler made the process quick and painless. He was so friendly and understanding, even when we had so many requests with our moving needs. The apartment was exactly like what we saw on the tour, no "bait and switch" happening here! Anytime I put in a maintenance request it's done within 24 to 48hrs. I love the flooring and open floor plan in the kitchen, living room, dining area! Very family friendly here! The community is well kept, neighbors decorate for holidays, they pick up after themselves/pets, and it's a very quite area! Only con: I'm not a fan of the Trash Valet.... but looking at other apts in the area they had it too so ehh not much could do. Just not something our family sees a need for having, esp since its an extra cost. Other than that 1 negative, if your are in the market for an apartment, I would 100% recommend Allegro as a community for you. Thank you Tyler at the front office for making our moving process so much easier and better than it has even been before. Thank you Allegro for providing my family with a great apartment and community to live in.

Not too bad, did a walk thru to check out this place out, the rate is high,not impressed with the costs, nice clean grounds, the wind kept slamming the bedroom door shut doing your, but other than that everything worked as it should, would possibly consider renting here, if they lowered the rent, not enough bang for the buck.

I love Darline, Ashley and Bryanna in the leasing office. Together, they are the best thing about Allegro Apartments. Robert in maintenance knows what he’s doing, though he’s overworked. I like my space. It’s nicely configured and my location is quiet. The shower fixtures could use some work. Robert did replace one fixture in the guest bathroom. The only real drawback is the rent. These are very nice apartments but the rent is just a bit too high to make everything golden. Then again I know rents are high everywhere nowadays.

But as I have WITNESSED when a WHITE tentant comes in she is all smiles and falls all over herself to help them, ignoring my wife. BE ADVISED IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN I WILL FILE A DISCRIMINATION SUE AGAINST HER AND YOUR COMPANY. And by the way I did my HOME WORK, she does this with EVERYONE OF COLOR. Do not rent from here, we have been here 4 years and now they raise the rent 25% that's not right. So now we moved and they took the carpet out to put wood flooring, and the had the nerve to try and charge for carpet cleaning. Please beware the are going to cheat you.

I lived here back in the early 90's. This place was amazing! I just recently did the virtual tour and I am really happy to see all of the improvements that have been made! I lived in Seattle for 13-years and am currently in Pennsylvania. I often thought about moving back to Phoenix, and I thought, "How amazing would it be to move back to these apartments?" I am seriously considering it!! I was over-joyed to read others reviews about how the new management has made all of these improvements and really spruced it up!

Really nice office staff and the maintenance team is awesome. The best thing about this property is that it's not owned by Greystar. A little pricey but really nice. Also I haven't seen a bug since move in day. Just to add to this post STAY AWAY FROM AVANA RIVER RANCH!!!! But back to the Allegro. Ashley is really nice and honestly she's really personable. Darlene is awesome. I know there is another one up there but I forgot her name but she's awesome too. Maintenance handles issues immediately and are actually really nice to talk to. Only negative but I won't rate you lower for it is Pet rent. I've never understood it. We don't charge humans extra rent when they have a baby. And babies cause a lot more damage then a cat lol. Other then that I love it here so far.

We love the location of the community. It’s within walking distance to Trader Joe’s, multiple grocery stores, a variety of restaurants and 1 mile away from Target.Woohoo!! We love the size of our 2bd/2ba apartment home 1260 sqft and it’s updated. We are very happy! My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and have seen the management staff change at least 4 times. The last staff and maintenance were great, they treated us kind and with respect. The new management company came in and hit the ground running! They are upgrading everything! I moved in from out of state over a year ago, from the time I spoke with them over the phone to my actually transition, Allegro apt management team were on point keeping me up to date with my move in. Once I was moved in they kept in touch & accommodating my needs. Tabatha and Michaela were very instrumental with my move as it was a trying time coming from a cross country. If something went wrong in my apartment which were far few and in between, it was taken care of. Anyone looking for a decent place to stay allegro apartments is a great start in the right direction.

Allegro luxury apartment complex is a place i call my home, I moved in here March 4,2018, The process of getting approved here was very simple, Nikki, Mikaela and Tabatha went above and beyond to get me approved, They are so kind and very respectful and they all do a wonderful job. i have never lived in an apartment complex that has had such an amazing team as Allegro apartments have, Anytime i call and go into the office Nikki, Tabatha and Mikaela are always on top of what i am in there for. I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes at the most when they are busy. I'm very pleased that i found an amazing apartment complex that has an outstanding office team(staff). The office is always so clean and has such a calm, relaxing feeling to it, and i love the flavored water that they make for us residents/future residents and that they offer the residents/future residents fur-kids doggy treats as well. and i want to add in here that the maintenance team JR and Corri are awesome! the apartment grounds are always so clean, both pools are always clean and in order for us tenants to enjoy. they are always on top of things here whether its just as simple as my A/C filter needs to be changed, they always come and change it for me. One time my garbage disposal broke and i called up to the office and put in a maintenance request to have it fixed and JR and Corri showed up 30 min after i called the office and they came to see what the issue was with the disposal and then ordered a brand new one, it came in by the next day and they had it put in within 10 min the morning the part came in, they both Truly do an outstanding job. they are always respectful and smiling when i see them, i always see them waving and saying "hi" to other tenants here and all the resident children along with my children love them. If i could i would give ALL of Allegro's office team and maintenance team a "#10" if you are looking for an outstanding luxury apartments i highly Reccommend Allegro.

they are AWESOME VERY NICE PEOPLE ARE VERY RELAXING AND THE POOL IS ALWAYS WARM AND THEIR SHUCUSY IS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH BUBBLES DOGS ARE ALOWED.

Have renewed my lease twice here, love this complex and community. I am so close to my job and love walking my dog around the area. Management is also very friendly and know my name unlike some places I’ve lived before.

From the moment Mikaela, Nikki, and Ernest began helping me with my move in process everything went smoothly. They were all very kind and worked with me through the whole process. During my time in the office I witnessed their relationships with the residents whom all seemed really happy. They all knew the staff and seemed to have a playful relationship with them which made me feel more comfortable. I got a great price for the area and since moving in have had a great experience here.

I moved into Allergro on December 29th,I've got to say if it wasn't for Bethany the leasing agent I would have gone elsewhere,She was a Temp when I came looking and. The guy Rashad was HORRIABLE! Bethany stepped in and made my experience GREAT! Also I want to also say Thank you to the Manager Ms,Carlson,She took the time to sit with me and make sure my concerns and Apartment I picked out was ready by the date I requested,Both Bethany and Nikki Carlson made my Exsperience great! Kudos also to Junior in Maintence,He remembered me when I lived in 1001 with my Mother,He made sure my New unit I have now was ready on time to call Allegro home once again! This New Management is cleaning this place up what a Team they have here now!!! Way to go Allergro!!!!

I've been a resident at Allegro Apartments for the past year, and hope to be for many more; I've had nothing but great experiences. Management as well as the maintenance crew are great. It's a clean, quiet, and very pleasant place to live. The landscaping and surroundings are very well kept. I will definitely recommend it!

I love this place they were friend, I have easy access to the freeway the room that we have it was big it was enough room for me and my partner we love this place, was very well taken care I want to stay there for longer but my work got transferred to North Phoenix
